Wash the peppers and cut them into halves and cut their stems. Apply some olive oil on them and place them in a smoker. Cook them for about 2 hours at a temperature of 225 degrees F. You can also add some white balsamic vinegar by applying the butter evenly in the inner part. Cover the cabbage with its one of the leaves and let it be cooked for more than 4 hours at 250 degrees F. You can remove them from the smoker after 4 hours and enjoy with family.

  • Eggplant

Take a large bowl and put 4 garlic heads, balsamic vinegar, basil, pepper and salt. Let this mixture be marinated for about 15 minutes. Take the eggplant in another bowl and sprinkle the marinated mixture over it. Mix all the ingredients properly and cook them for half an hour and serve them with some olive oil.
